Port Package policy

Port or terminal authorities and operators act as a gateway for Exim trade. The facilities they provide to ship owners and handlers of cargo such as storage, stevedoring, berth etc. exposes them to operational as well as financial risks. The port package policy is meant to secure port authorities and operators against these risks, by covering their property and liability towards others’ property.
